After more than 10 years of service, the hot water heaters at 31-81 had a good run. As part of the 2016-2017 refresh effort, Ranshaw Plumbing and Heating installed two 40 gallon Bradford White hot water heaters.

The Hydrojet® Total Performance System is a cold-water inlet tube that was especially engineered to reduce costly sediment buildup and create more thorough mixing of incoming water with stored water. Based on customer requests and an ongoing effort to enhance the product offering, Bradford White introduced a durable and tamper proof low restriction brass drain valve. This design allows the installer to drain the tank faster, resulting in a reduction in service time.
